2. Products and Warranties

All our devices come with a 1-year limited warranty covering hardware defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications.

3. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy for defective items. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.

4. Social Enterprise Commitment

Proceeds from our sales fund our Mobile Literacy Labs and digital education initiatives across Uganda. By purchasing from us, you directly support these community programs.
